Glastonbury Police Blotter: Car Burglaries, Juvenile Crime, DUI

released the following information on arrests and infractions. Inclusion on this list does not indicate a conviction.

Aug. 1

Eric J. Labossiere, 18, of 237 Overlook Drive, was arrested by warrant after police concluded an investigation into numerous car burglaries in the Buttonball neighborhood. Labossiere was charged with eight counts of third-degree burglary and conspiracy to commit third-degree burglary, nine counts of sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny, and one count each of fifth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny. He was released on $5,000 non-surety bond and is due to appear in court on Aug. 15.

A 15-year-old boy was also arrested after an investigation into several burglarized vehicles. The 15-year-old was charged with one count each of fifth-degree larceny and  third-degree burglary. The boy was not identified, due to his age.

Caitlin M. Kehoe, 21, of 45 Conestoga Way, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct after police responded to a report of a physical altercation between a mother and daughter at 10:35 p.m. Investigating officers determined that Kehoe kicked and pushed her mother. She was released on a written promise to appear and was due to be arraigned in court on Wednesday.

Robin M. Paquette, 39, of Portland, was arrested after police say they observed her motor vehicle driving erratically on Main St. near Carini Road at 10:43 a.m. Police stopped Paquette’s vehicle and concluded that she was driving under the influence. Officers also found that Paquette was driving with a suspended license, and was talking on her cellular phone at the time of the motor vehicle stop. She was charged with driving under the influence, operating a motor vehicle under suspension, and operating a motor vehicle while using a cellular phone. She was held in lieu of $15,000 bond and was due to be arraigned in court on Wednesday.

July 30

Shane D. Stafford, 36, of 64 Addison Rd., 111, was arrested at 4:55 p.m. after police responded to a report of a possible intoxicated driver leaving the Stop & Shop on Oak St. Officers stopped the vehicle and found that Stafford was intoxicated. He was arrested and charged with driving under the influence, and was released on $2,500 non-surety bond. He is due in Manchester Superior Court on Aug. 20.

July 29

A local 17-year-old girl was arrested by warrant at 10:25 p.m. for failure to plea or pay. She was released on $136 bond, and is due in Manchester Superior Court on Aug. 15. Her identity was not released because of her age.

July 28

Six underage individuals were charged with possessing alcohol after a routine traffic stop at 1:05 a.m. led officers to discover alcohol in their car. Police charged each of the following individuals with possession of alcohol by a minor:

  • Nicholas Persico, 19, of Lyme, CT
  • Timothy Jewett, 20, of 100 Dug Road
  • John Kramer, 19, of 20 Olde Wood Road
  • Thomas Woodhouse, 19, of 106 Chase Hollow Lane
  • Troy LaMagna, 19, of 95 Aspen Drive
  • Eliza Collins, 19, of 60 Cobblestone Road

July 27

Cameron Goff, 20, of 69 High Ridge Road, was charged with possession of alcohol by a minor after police stopped him for a routine motor vehicle violation and found him to be in possession of alcohol.
