Local Photographer Hikes Mt. Washington For GHS Scholarship Fund

The Bobbie Beganny Memorial Scholarship Fund benefits one Glastonbury High School senior with a financial need and pursuing a business degree at the college level. The Glastonbury Chamber of Commerce manages the fund, GHS selects the recipient. As a member of the Chamber Board of Directors, Peter Billard, Photographer, hiked up & down Mt. Washington in one day and raised $1500.00. Four generous donors gladly agreed to contribute $375 each to help support education in our town.
