Drivers beware: construction crews are working on the corner of Main St. and Glastonbury Boulevard today, shutting down lanes and restricting traffic flow.
Crews are working to make underground improvements to Main St.'s traffic lights. Work began in June, and is proceeding south. It is currently at the busy intersection with Glastonbury Boulevard.
Police cars have shut down the right hand lane on Main St. and the left hand lane on Glastonbury Boulevard. Expect short delays driving in the area.
The traffic signal work is expected to be finished by September.
