Under the proposed plan, the existing 1,700-square-foot Cumberland Farms building at 2875 Main St. would be demolished. A new 4,200-square-foot would be built to the west of the current structure, with 23 additional parking spaces added. The existing pumps and canopy would remain in place.

The meeting will take place at 7:30 p.m. in the town council chambers of town hall.
