Glastonbury Selling Former Board of Ed Building for $600,000

Titan Energy of Rocky Hill is looking to purchase the former Glastonbury Board of Education office building on Williams Street in Glastonbury.

 

A Rocky Hill energy management consulting firm is looking to call the former Glastonbury Board of Education home.

Titan Energy of Rocky Hill is interested in purchasing the former school board office on Williams Street in Glastonbury for $600,000, according to Town Manager Richard Johnson. The building first went on the market in May 2011 for $875,000. It has sat empty since that time.

The building was once headquarters of the J.B. Williams Co., which made products like Skol and Lectric Shave.

If the sale goes through, the company would use the building as their home offices. Titan Energy plans to sell additional space in the building for other business offices.
