Women of the Workforce Meeting Focuses on Life Balance

Glastonbury Chamber women's group shows you how to navigate life's ups and downs…while wearing heels.

Keeping your life in balance is tricky in the best of times. It can really be a challenge during the holiday season. For this month’s Glastonbury Chamber of Commerce Women of the Workforce (WOW) meeting, join Certified Professional Life Coach Stacey Zackinin for an interactive workshop on Life Balance.

The workshop takes place on Wednesday, November 14, 2012, from 8 to 10 a.m. at American Integrity Restoration, 60 Village Place. It is free and open to Chamber members and nonmembers alike.

According to the Chamber’s description of the event, achieving a sense of balance “requires personalized strategies to help you navigate life’s ups and downs with ease and effectiveness, all while wearing heels.”

Zackinin offers tangible tools that can easily be applied to your personal and professional life to help you keep your balance. She has spent the last 20 years in Los Angeles helping entertainment professionals and nonprofit organizations create strategies for success.
