Jump Rope Workshop in Glastonbury Next Thursday!
Glastonbury Parks and Recreation hosting jump shop workshop on Thursday, Jan. 24.
The Glastonbury Parks and Recreation Department is hosting a jump rope workshop in the Academy Building Cafeteria next Thursday.
Participants in the workshop will get to watch demonstrations and learn about several styles of jump rope including Single Rope Freestyle, Chinese Wheel, Long Rope and Double Dutch, according to the town’s website.

Those who attend will have the opportunity to try out the jump rope and show off their own skills.
The workshop will take place from 5:15 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 24 in the cafeteria of the Academy School Building, 2143 Main St.
