Glastonbury Real Estate and the Role of the Mortgage Loan Officer

My husband Jason and I decided to make Glastonbury our home in 2006.  After years of traveling while Jason served in the military, we finally settled here with our two children and two labs.  There have been many changes in the Glastonbury real estate market since we closed on our home in 2006, but Glastonbury remains highly sought after by people looking to purchase a home, and with good reason.  This is simply a wonderful town to call home!

Buying a home can be one of the most exciting and stressful events in our lives.   The best way to ensure this process goes smoothly is to surround yourself with a team of advisors you can trust.  The many professionals that play a role in this transaction are people you, the customer, have hired to support you and guide you during this transition.  They need to be competent and ethical in order to best serve you.

As your loan officer, it is my primary responsibly to help you understand the loan options available to you and help you to secure the most advantageous loan based on your situation. This requires a complete understanding of the mortgage market, and how the available products and services can best meet your specific needs. I will maintain clear and close communication with all parties involved in your purchase to ensure that the process maintains momentum.  Being easily accessible will be critical to quickly resolving any potential issues that arise.  Finally, being diligent and detail oriented guarantees that your loan is processed quickly and correctly, eliminating costly time and unnecessary stress.

As your loan officer, and a member of our community, I am committed to serving you and your family with great care.  I have the ethical obligation of finding the best and most appropriate loan to suit your circumstances.  I will always act in your best interest by providing you with the most accurate and up to date information and by helping to secure the best loan for your needs.  If you are looking to purchase or refinance, please contact me to discuss your options.
