Glastonbury Couple Charged With Growing Marijuana in Home

Both Christopher and Jenna Lilley were taken into custody on Thursday.

Glastonbury police have charged a pair of residents with growing marijuana out of their home.

The East Central Narcotics Task Force arrested Christopher Lilley, 42, and Jenna Lilley, 41, after investigators executed a search warrant and raided their 473 Griswold St. home Tuesday evening around 9:30 p.m., police said. 

Police said the task force members discovered a marijuana grow operation in the basement. The officers seized approximately 28 plants, marijuana growing equipment, scales, packaging and other drug paraphernalia.

Both Christopher and Jenny Lilley were taken into custody without incident. There were two children at home during the search warrant execution, and the Department of Children and Families has been notified, police said.

Christopher Lilley was charged with:

  • Cultivation of Marijuana
  • Operating a Drug Factory
  • Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Sell
  • Possession of more than 4oz of Marijuana
  • Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
  • Risk of Injury (2 Counts)                                                      

Bond: $25,000 surety bond.

Jenna Lilley was charged with:

  • Cultivation of Marijuana
  • Operating a Drug Factory
  • Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Sell
  • Possession of more than 4oz of Marijuana
  • Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
  • Risk of Injury (2 Counts)                        

Bond: $10,000 non-surety bond.
