A Clinton St. man was arrested Wednesday after police say he asked a transfer station worker whether he needed to shoot people over a fee dispute.
Ricardas Paskevicius, 43, of 45 Clinton St. in Glastonbury, was charged with second-degree threatening and second-degree breach of peace at 11:51 a.m. Wednesday after police say that he got into an argument with a transfer station worker and made threatening comments.
Police say Paskevicius was upset about a fee that he owed to the transfer station, and so asked an employee if he needed to go down to the bulky waste facility and shoot people to prove that he had paid, according to police.
He was released on a promise to appear in court on Nov. 21.
