Glastonbury police released the following information on arrests and infractions. Inclusion on this list does not indicate a conviction.

Jan. 17

Keith A. Ballard, 44, of 10266 Route 22, North Granville, N.Y., was arrested on an active warrant charging him with third-degree larceny and offering home improvement repairs without a license. The warrant stemmed from an investigation where Ballard allegedly accepted payment for home improvement repairs without performing the repairs or providing the material. He was also operating without a valid Conn. home improvement license, police said. He was held in lieu of $30,000 and appeared in court on Jan. 18.

James E. Stoll, 33, of 3900 Grapevine Mills Parkway, Grapevine, Tex., was arrested on a charge of breach of peace after police responded to 85 Glastonbury Boulevard for an intoxicated party creating a disturbance. An investigation led to Stoll’s arrest. He was released on $2,500 bond and is due on Jan. 30.

Jan. 13

Harshadkumar Patel, 60, of 8 Windwood Drive, Glastonbury, was arrested on charges of evading responsibility and failure to drive right after police responded to a motor vehicle accident on Griswold St. and an investigation determined that Patel had been operating a vehicle that struck a retaining wall and left the area. He was released on a written promise to appear in Manchester Superior Court on Feb. 11.

Jan. 12

Zachary Williams, 20, of 56 Alden Ave., 2nd Floor, Enfield, was arrested by warrant on sixty (60) counts of third-degree burglary and a single count of third-degree larceny after Glastonbury Police investigated a rash of car break-ins during 2012. He was held in lieu of $50,000 bond and appeared in Manchester Superior Court on Jan. 14.

Jan. 11

Christopher Dineno, 20, of 39 Louise Court, New Britain, turned himself in to police headquarters on an arrest warrant charging him with failure to respond to an infraction stemming from a charge of possession of alcohol by a minor. He was released on $300 bond, and is due in court on Jan. 30.
