July 9

Joshua Allen Metivier, 26, of 216 Prospect Hill Road, Colchester, was arrested by warrant on a charge of second-degree failure to appear.  He was held in lieu of $4,000 bond and was held for presentment in Manchester Superior Court later that day.

Tina Gaston, 51, of 683 Garden St., Hartford, was arrested by warrant on a charge of first-degree failure to appear and was held in lieu of $250,000 bond for presentation in court later that day.

A 16-year-old juvenile was charged with second-degree threatening, disorderly conduct and third-degree criminal mischief after police say the juvenile made threats of violence against another member of the household and admitted to throwing a chair and breaking the other person’s statue. They were released on a written promise to appear in juvenile court.

July 7

Eric K. Jennings Jr., 27, of 768 Garden St., Hartford, and Laquasha L. Thompson, 26, of 11 Columbus Circle, B2, East Hartford, were each arrested on charges of disorderly conduct after police responded to a Glastonbury residence on a report that a vehicle was being taken from there without permission. Upon arrival, police learned that Jennings and Thompson were engaged in a physical dispute and Jennings was going to leave in Thompson’s vehicle without permission, police said.  They were each released on written promises to appear in Manchester Superior Court.

A 15-year-old juvenile male was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and possession of less than ½ ounce of marijuana after police investigated an incident where he kicked his mother. He was released on a written promise to appear in court on July 11.

Joseph E. Rawlinitis, 24, of 620 Weir St., Glastonbury, was arrested on charges of possession of narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia after officers said they found a suspicious vehicle parked at Butler Field after dark and located drug paraphernalia and several bags of narcotics in a portable toilet at the field. Police investigation revealed that Rawlinitis had been shooting heroin in the toilet and attempted to dispose the drugs upon hearing police officers outside, police said. He was released on $10,000 non-surety bond and is due in Manchester Superior Court on July 24.

July 3

David P. Godin, 57, of 259 Williamson Circle, Oakville, turned himself in on an arrest warrant charging him with second-degree criminal mischief. The warrant stems from an incident in April 2013 where Godin is accused of smashing his ex-wife’s windshield after getting into an argument with her.  He was released on $5,000 non-surety bond and is due in Manchester Superior Court on July 17.
