Glastonbury Police Blotter: Sept. 29 - Oct. 1

The following information was submitted from the Glastonbury Police Department. An arrest or infraction does not indicate a conviction.

Sept. 29

Daniel J. Healy III, 55, of 6 Springdale Road, Cromwell, was arrested on a charge of driving under the influence after police say they were assisting a disabled motor vehicle on New London Turnpike and determined that the operator was operating under the influence. Police say Healy was observed backing the vehicle off the roadway and into a driveway. He was released on $2,500 non-surety bond on Oct. 14.

Jeremiah Baldwin, 34, of 134 Edgewood St., Hartford, was arrested on a warrant charging him with a single count of violation of a restraining order. He was held in lieu of $5,000 bond and appeared in court later that day.

Stacy Abbott, 44, of 191 Robin Road, Glastonbury, was arrested on four (4) counts of sixth-degree larceny after police say she entered Pendleton in Somerset Square and stole items. She fled the store on foot and was located behind Somerset Square. Further police investigation revealed that Abbott had also stolen items from Coldwater Creek, Munson’s and Victoria Secret, police said. She was released on $2,500 non-surety bond and is due in court on Oct. 9.
