Glastonbury Police: Man Struck, Spit on Parked Car on Hebron Ave.

A man who police say struck a parked car on Hebron Ave., then spit on it and yelled at the occupants, was arrested Sunday.

Louis S. Moore, 20, was arrested on charges of second-degree breach of peace and possession of drug paraphernalia after police say he struck a parked car in the parking lot of 141 Hebron Avenue and initiated a disturbance.

Moore spit on the car after striking it, and then began yelling and swearing at its occupants, police said.

Officers with the Glastonbury Police Department arrived on the scene and detained Moore. A search of his vehicle found drug paraphernalia, police said.

He was released on a written promise to appear in Manchester Superior Court on Feb. 13.
