Narcotics Task Force Leaves Glastonbury Burger King With Extra Coke

A Somers woman was among two people caught in a drug bust in Glastonbury on Thursday by the East central Narcotics Task Force.
On Thursday at approximately 6 p.m., task force members conducted a buy/bust operation in the parking lot of the Burger King on Main Street in Glastonbury on a suspected crack cocaine dealer named “Andrea,” according to a news release.
“Andrea” was identified as Andrea Vankleeck after crack cocaine was sold, and she was taken into custody, according to a news release. The passenger, identified as Willie Coleman, was also taken into custody during the bust, according to a news release.
Task force members seized 2.8 grams of crack cocaine, heroin and a 2000 Chevy Cavalier, according to a news release.
Task force members also served two additional warrants on Vankleeck for Sale and possession of cocaine, according to a news release.
According to a news release, the charges against Vankleeck, 42, of 56 Bradfield St., Somers are:
• Sale of Cocaine
• Possession of Cocaine
• Sale of Heroin
• Possession of Heroin
Her bond was set at $50,000, surety, according to a news release.
Two warrants were issued for the sale and possession of cocaine carrying $100,000.00 surety bonds.
According to a news release, Coleman 23, of 41 Niles Rd., Hartford, has been charged with:
• Sale of Cocaine
• Possession of Cocaine
• Possession of Heroin
• Sale of Heroin
His bond was set at $100,000, surety, according to a news release.
