Police say the Knox Lane woman attempted to sell prescription pills near the Hubbard St. Green.

A Glastonbury woman was arrested Wednesday after a regional narcotics task force found her in possession of almost 50 prescription pills packaged for sale.

Members of the East Central Narcotics Task Force set up surveillance near the Hubbard St. Green Wednesday to serve two arrest warrants for drug sales on Kathryn Schafer, 37, of 84 Knox Lane, Glastonbury, after officers said an investigation into sale of prescription pills in Glastonbury led police to Schafer.
