Police Seize 352 Bags Of Heroin, Arrest Two In Glastonbury Drug Bust

A press release from the East Central Narcotics Task Force:

On Nov. 27 at around 12:30 a.m. the East Central Narcotics Task Force executed a consent search at 211 Griswold St in Glastonbury.

Glastonbury Patrol was called to the above residence for possible narcotic use going on inside.  Once inside of the residence, Patrol found evidence of a heroin being used inside of the residence, and contacted the East Central Narcotics Task Force.

Task force members were able to get consent to search from the actual owners of the residence. Task force member seized 352 bags of heroin, a small amount of cocaine, Suboxone (Narcotic), $1,614 in cash and other drug paraphernalia. Two residents, identified as Jose Fuentes and Megan Lulick were arrested as a result.

Address:  211 Griswold St. Glastonbury, CT.

  •         Possession of Heroin
  •         Possession of Cocaine
  •         Possession of Narcotics
  •         Possession of Drug with Intent to Sell
  •         Operating a Drug Factory
  •         Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
  •         Possession of Narcotics 1500’ of Housing Project
  •         Possession of Narcotics with Intent to Sell 1500’ of Housing Project
  •         Possession of Drug Paraphernalia 1500’ of Housing Project

Bond: $250,000.00 surety 

       

Name:      Megan Lulick   (Age 27)

Address:  211 Griswold St. Glastonbury, CT.

Charges:   

  •         Possession of Heroin 
  •         Possession of Cocaine
  •         Possession of Narcotics
  •         Possession of Drug with Intent to Sell
  •         Operating a Drug Factory
  •         Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
  •         Possession of Narcotics 1500’ of Housing Project
  •         Possession of Narcotics with Intent to Sell 1500’ of Housing Project
  •         Possession of Drug Paraphernalia 1500’ of Housing Project

Bond: $10,000.00 non-surety 

The East Central Narcotics Task Force, in cooperation with other municipal, and federal law enforcement agencies, is interested in stopping illegal narcotics sales and use in the Manchester, South Windsor, Vernon, and Glastonbury communities.  Anyone with information pertaining to any illicit drug activity is asked to contact the East Central Narcotics Task Force at (860) 645-5548.  All calls will remain confidential.
