Portland Assessor Hired as New Glastonbury Assessor

Town Manager Richard Johnson hired Portland's assessor to replace David Valente.

 

The town hired a new assessor to replace former assessor David Valente, who retired last summer.

Town Manager Richard Johnson hired Nicole Lintereur as the town’s next assessor. Lintereur served as the Portland’s assessor for the past seven years, and recently completed Portland’s revaluation in 2011.

Glastonbury will be going through revaluation in 2013.

Linteurer graduated from Bryant College and is certified as a Connecticut Municipal Assessor 2. Before working in Portland she served as assessor in Sprague and Willington.

She will begin in Glastonbury on Nov. 26.
