Clifford the Big Red Dog’s Birthday at the Welles-Turner Library!

Glastonbury children are invited to celebrate the 50th birthday of Norman Bridwell's classic Clifford the Big Red Dog.

 

Clifford the Big Red Dog is visiting the Welles-Turner Memorial Library in honor of his 50th birthday!

Children 6 and under are invited to come to the Library’s Friends Room at 10:30 a.m. this Fridy to enjoy Clifford stories, a doggie treat and a visit from Clifford himself! No registration is required for the 10:30 a.m. presentation.

For those in Kindergarten through Grade 2, a 50-minute celebration of Clifford’s 50th birthday will take place at 2:30 p.m. in the Library’s Friends Room. Children will participate in games and crafts, listen to Clifford stories and be joined by Clifford himself so that they can “bark” Happy Birthday together.

Registration is currently underway for the K-2 program.
