MCC Ranks 6th on RateMyProfessors.com List of Two-Year Colleges

Manchester Community College received a unique accolade Wednesday, Sept. 25, 2013, when mtvU’s RateMyProfessors.comreleased its list of top professors and colleges - and MCC found itself ranked sixth on the list for top community and junior colleges throughout the nation. 

RateMyProfessors.com allows students to log onto the site and rate and comment on their professors, their courses and their schools, similar to how Yelp.comallows users to comment about and rate restaurants and dining experiences. 

RateMyProfessors.com list includes rankings for top four-year colleges and universities, top professors at four-year colleges and universities, top two-year colleges, and top professors at two-year colleges. The site even tracks the "Top 10 Hottest Professors." 

Manchester Community College, the state's largest community college, was the only school from Connecticut on either of the two or four year lists.
