Power Yoga II
Expect to work up a sweat with this powerful yoga class that uses deep core work, basic to advanced standing postures that heat up the hips, lower back and shoulder muscles.   You will hold standing postures longer than a Power I class and repeat postures to increase mobility.  After the body is open, you can expect to practice the higher level yoga postures such as arm balances, backbends and inversions.
