A unique blend of strength, flexibility and balance exercises, Pilates will strengthen and tone muscles, improve posture and unite the mind and body. Recreate your approach to exercise and re-educate your body to use correct form and movement while using your mind to control your body. Bring a mat, 10" play ball and a pair of weights.
This Parks and Rec class is for individuals 18 and older. It is taught be instructors from Eliza's Energy Source.
The class meets Tuesdays and Thursdays, 6-7 p.m., July 10-August 2, 2012. (Another session will be offered in August.)
The cost is $45. The program code is 107109-AA.
