For students who have a basic knowledge of yoga postures and breathing techniques.  You can expect to increase your physical strength and endurance by holding poses longer and deepening your awareness of breath and mental activity.   Great for active people who want to enhance their lifestyle with the benefits of strength, flexibility and reduced injuries.  Please bring a towel and water bottle.
