It can be very challenging to understand your teenage sons thought process but is very valuable to know.

1.      Kinesthetically

3.      Auditory.

If your teen son learns kinesthetically, he will most likely be very hands on; he will like to move a lot, be physically active, and learn best by actually doing an activity.

A visual learner will learn best by seeing something done, such as someone showing him how to do an exercise or write out a math problem. He will most likely like reading, and at school he will most likely understand information best by reading notes written on the board, on a PowerPoint presentation or in his own note book.

For someone who learns using auditory skills will learn best by listening to someone speak. They will usually also use clever words to describe feelings, be very vocal and enjoy speaking in front of people.
