Just Breathe: Drop-in Meditation

Ongoing Mondays:
Do you ever have a difficult time just “relaxing”? Letting go of worries, concerns and anxiety can often feel challenging. When we hold onto these minds, we may find it difficult to actually feel rested, even after a night’s sleep. In this class, we will learn and practice a variety of breathing meditations that function to leave us feeling calm, clear, and energized.

$10 or free for members of Odiyana Center.
