A local couple was arrested Wednesday after police say they were involved in a domestic dispute that involved a thrown sandwich and retaliatory pushing.
Michael Murphy, 37, and Traci Murphy, 38, of 1655 Main St., Glastonbury, were each arrested on a single count of disorderly conduct after police responded to a report of a domestic dispute.
Police said that during the dispute Michael hit Traci with a sandwich; Traci then pushed Michael to the ground in retaliation.
Both individuals were released on written promises to appear in Manchester Superior Court on Thursday.
